What You’ll Need
To participate in the adventure session, you will need:
- The URL for the session, which will be provided to you by email within 48 hours of receiving your fee payment.
- A computer with a stable high-speed internet connection, a web cam, and a microphone.
- A character sheet – either one of the character sheets provided or your own conforming to these criteria.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Your fee will be refunded as long as you cancel no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the game. If you cancel less than 24 hours before of the game’s start, your fee will not be refunded.
You will be playing a standalone role-playing adventure, meaning that the adventure commences and concludes in that single session. There is, therefore, no need to have attended a previous session nor any obligation to participate in subsequent sessions.
Players must be capable of sitting still and paying attention for 4 hours, listening quietly while others are speaking, and expressing themselves clearly. Parents of young players should be aware that adventures are similar in tone and content to the Lord of the Rings movies, including imagined scenes of fantasy violence and descriptions of frightening creatures.
There is no need to create a character sheet. A selection of pre-generated character sheets are provided for you to choose from ahead of time. If you are an experienced D&D player, however, and you wish to create your own character for this session, please refer to these criteria when doing so.
Harassment, bullying and hectoring of any kind or for any reason will not be tolerated, nor is generally disruptive behaviour welcome. Players who continue to engage in such behaviour after fair and repeated warnings to stop will be dismissed from the game without a refund.
